What happens to cricketers in the winter?

 

Junior Practice

 

Firstly we will be running Junior coaching at Test Valley School, Monday Night 7 - 9 pm. There will be 2 sessions split into age group.

 

Junior School (year 3 - year 6) from 7 untill 8 pm, 16 places available

 

Senior School (year 7 - year 10) from 8 untill 9 pm, 12 places available

If all places are not filled from within the Wherwell junior section we will be making the spaces available to other clubs in the area.

 

 

 

Winchester indoor league

 

For those of us in need of a cricket fix, there is the indoor league in Winchester. This is 6 a-side and can be very "entertaining" to both watch and play.

 

this season we have entered only 1 team due to player availability. We would expect this to lead to strong competition for places and hopefully some excellent performances resulting in a positive campaign.
