Dave stepped down as captain following a successful season that saw his team produce some special perfromances, only a poor start prevented the promotional challenge that he had hoped for.

If work commitments don't limit his appearances too heavily expect Dave to be in the runs again, maybe he'll be allowed to bowl now the flight restrictions have been lifted.

 

 

2009

 

Dave has taken on the role of captain this season.

 

coming off the back of a successful season with the bat that saw him top the averages we are looking for him to bring his enthusiasm and talent into the role of captaincy. Dave is a destructive batsman in the well trained rather than "agricultural" style, his ability to manipulate the opposistions field placings to his own liking will again be on display hopefully for many overs this year, big scores are coming.
