2010
Stuart is Christened the 'Rain man', not just because of his performances in wet conditions, but because he has also progressed into a reliable scorer for the club. He prefers to adopt a baseball approach to batting and sweeping on the boundary even though he has the arm of a 'T-Rex'. This years vice-Captaincy role is a tribute to his reliable service over the years.
2009
having stepped down as captain due to work commitments Stuart is looking to reverse his trend as beeing one of the unluckiest bowlers in the league. He continues to be a threat with both bat and ball and adds athletisism and energy to the field.
2008
2008 seen Stuart take over the captaincy on Saturday and do a fantastic job. Stuart has been the clubs best player for the last 11 years and once again showed his pure class, out whiting every batsman with the big bag of Variety bowling...
Stuart athletic build enables him to be like a gazel in the field pouncing on the ball and with his bullet arm return the ball to our keeper.
His batting is second to none and is often seen hitting sixes for fun, when Stuart gets bored of batting he often plays left handed trying to give the bowlers a chance. |
